  • Chocolate Oats Milkshake:

Ingredients:

Oats: 1 tbsp

Sunflower Seeds: 1tbsp

Chia Seeds: 1tsp

Cashews: handful

Cocoa Powder: 1 tbsp

Jaggery: As per taste

Medjool Seeds: 2

Method:

  1. Soak all the ingredients overnight.
  2. Blend and serve the next morning.
  • Corn Chaat

Ingredients:

Cooked Corn: 1 Cup

Finely Chopped Coriander: 1tbsp

Finely Chopped Tomato: 1tsp

Chaat Masala: 1tsp

Chilli Powder: 1/4th tsp

Rock Salt: 1 tsp

Lemon Juice: 1 tsp

Method:

Mix all the ingredients and serve.

Ingredients:

Granola

Greek Yogurt

Strawberries or any other fruit of your choice

Honey

Method:

  1. Take a glass jar and layer all the ingredients till the jar is full.
  2. Refrigerate overnight and serve as a healthy breakfast.
